Deposit
A small deposit will be required to secure your watch prior to full payment. Once the deposit has been received, the watch will be put aside for you, until full payment has been made. Deposits are typically made by bank transfer. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This ensures exclusivity, prevents duplication of interest, and allows us to prioritise genuinely committed buyers.
Payment
We offer various payment methods for your convenience and most efficiency. Most of our customers choose to pay directly by Bank wire, where we will send you an invoice with a reference number to be used with the payment. Once we have received the exact amount in our bank account, the watch is all yours to enjoy. We accept most credit card providers if you decide to complete the payment in our Central London Office. Cryptocurrency is also accepted as form of payment. Please note that we strictly adhere to all the applicable laws and regulations concerning payments.

Shipping & Collection
We handle every watch with the same care you would. From secure, appropriately sized packaging to careful preparation, we make sure it arrives in perfect condition, wherever you are. We ship via trusted, fully insured couriers, always the next working day after payment is received. If preferred, we can also arrange a dedicated appointment for you to pick up your new watch directly in-person.
